PYQ.SarkariTool respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request as described below.
1. Who May Submit a Request
Only the copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner, may submit a DMCA takedown request.
Please note: PYQ.SarkariTool hosts previous year examination question papers for educational purposes. Examination papers issued by government boards, universities, and public institutions are generally considered public documents. However, we will remove content upon a valid, legitimate request.
2. Required Elements of a Takedown Notice
Your written notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on PYQ.SarkariTool
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
3. Where to Send Requests

Please use the subject line: DMCA Takedown Request — [paper title]
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
- Provide the uploader with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Send counter-notices to the same email address above.
6. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts terminated.
7. Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
